Project Started — Email Agent MVP

## The Beginning On November 3, 2025, we wrote the first line of code for what would become Custom Agents. ### The Vision Build an AI platform where businesses can deploy autonomous email agents that understand context, manage conversations, and escalate when needed — all without human intervention. ### What We Shipped - **Express + Bun API** — High-performance backend foundation - **MongoDB schemas** — User, Organization, Agent, Inbox, Message, Thread models - **Anthropic Claude integration** — AI engine for intelligent email responses - **Basic email parsing** — Inbound email processing pipeline This was day one. Everything that followed built on this foundation.
