HubSpot CRM integration
We use HubSpot for our sales pipeline. When an agent receives an email from a known contact, it should be able to pull their CRM data (deal stage, company, notes) for context. And log new interactions back to HubSpot.

Agent response gets cut off for long emails
When the AI generates a response longer than ~2000 characters, it sometimes gets truncated mid-sentence. The full response is visible in the admin chat but the actual sent email is cut short.

Chat tab loses scroll position when switching to another tab
If I scroll up to read older messages in the chat tab, then switch to the Knowledge Base tab and back, the chat resets to the bottom. Should maintain scroll position.

iOS Safari — keyboard pushes chat input off screen
On iPhone (Safari), when I tap the chat input to type a message, the virtual keyboard pushes the entire page up and the input field becomes partially hidden. Works fine on Chrome Android.

Improve agent response time — currently 3-5 seconds
The agent takes 3-5 seconds to generate a response which is fine for email but feels slow in the admin chat. Would love to see streaming responses or at least a typing indicator.

Allow agents to create and send calendar invites
When an agent schedules a meeting via Google Calendar, it should also be able to send a calendar invite (.ics) attachment in the email response. Right now it creates the event but the recipient has to check their calendar manually.

Agents should have their own profile photo and customizable email signature (with links, logo, legal text). Right now emails look generic. A branded signature would make agents feel more professional.

Right now all team members in an organization have full access. We need role-based permissions: Admin (full access), Editor (manage agents, view analytics), Viewer (read-only). Important for enterprise customers.

When I switch to light mode and refresh the page, it reverts back to dark mode. The theme preference should be saved in localStorage or a cookie. Browser: Chrome 124, macOS.

We have 2,000+ contacts in a spreadsheet that we want to import into the knowledge base. The one-by-one approach is not scalable. A CSV upload or direct Google Contacts sync would save hours.
